Is Covid-19 causing any shipping delays?
Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing occasional delays for some orders.
We guarantee your order will be processed as soon as possible, and you will automatically receive shipping updates with tracking as soon as your order is shipped out. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
Where do we ship?
We ship CBD Products to all 50 states within the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska.
To maintain compliance with certain state regulations regarding Delta-8 Products, the formula containing Delta-8 THC does not permit ASW to ship internationally or to the following US states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, lowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard flat rate shipping on all orders for $4.99 + $2.99 tax. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the payment date and generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive from the ship date. If you're located in Hawaii or Alaska, there may be some additional days for transit times.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that it usually takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system.
Can I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes after an order has been placed.
What happens if an order is unclaimed or refused?
We are not responsible for orders that are unclaimed or refused by the customer. Any unclaimed or refused orders are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
What should I do if I never received my package but tracking says it has been delivered?
Please first contact the service carrier if you can't find your package. You will be able to see which carrier delivered your package by checking your tracking number and viewing the final delivery notification.
We recommend you double check all surrounding areas and your mailbox right away. Sometimes packages will be delivered and placed in parcel lockers where your mailbox is located. We also suggest talking to neighbors and other members of your household to see if someone brought in your package.
If you cannot locate the package after 3-business days from the delivered date, please send us a message on our contact page so we can further assist you.
What should I do if the product is damaged during transit?
Please double check your package carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged by the shipping carrier in transit.
All claims for damaged product must be made within 2-business days from the date of delivery.
To report shipping damage, please send us a message on our contact page and include detailed information of the damage. We may at times request photographic evidence as well.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns for any unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Products that are opened are not eligible for a return, no exceptions.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if the refund has been approved or denied. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed minus original shipping cost, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

What is Delta-8 THC?
Delta-8 THC (or Delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol) is a naturally occurring chemical compound called a cannabinoid that’s found in small traces in hemp and cannabis (marijuana) plants.
Delta-8 is a cannabis compound that has become popular because of its similarity to delta-9 THC, the main compound in cannabis that gets you high. Delta-8 consumers report many of the same effects as THC, such as mild euphoria, happiness, and uplifting feelings.
Is Delta-8 THC legal in all 50 states?
Under the 2018 Farm Bill any hemp-derived products, such as Delta-8 THC containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis are considered legal. ASW Delta-8 THC products comply with this regulation.
However, there are restrictions on where we can ship products containing Delta-8 THC.

Will your products help cure or treat my condition?
Due to federal guidelines & regulations, ASW cannot make claims about whether or not natural CBD hemp oil or Delta-8 THC can help with specific medical conditions.
ASW products should be used only as directed on the label. We recommend consulting with a physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications. If you are pregnant or nursing, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional prior to using ASW products.

How do I store my products?
Typically, a cool, dark pantry is the best place to store ASW products. The back of a pantry allows for a consistently cool temperature that isn’t exposed to excess light consistently.
Optimal temperatures for products are 55°F to 68°F. ASW gummies will melt at 90°F.
What kind of analysis is performed on your products?
Can I drive or operate heavy machines after taking Delta-8 THC products?
What is the age requirement and warning for using Delta-8 THC products?
Can taking Delta-8 THC result in a failed drug test?
Taking concentrated Delta-8 THC will likely result in a failed drug test. Therefore, keep this in mind if you get tested regularly.
Of course, if you live in a state in which recreational marijuana is legal, the repercussions may be different.
